We don't do anymore of the side exit styles.

What I could do is send the system to you with the tip not welded on and you can point it wherever you want. You'll just have to weld it on.

We are finally releasing our RnR version 2 exhaust system. This system is completely polished 304 stainless steel. All mandrel bent 18 gauge lightweight system. We are also now selling the system with flanges for those who dislike the slip fit design from the past. Here are some pics so you guys get the idea. This is the highest quality exhaust on the market today. It fits perfect and performs as well as anything available for the EVO.

We are also offering a money back guarantee. If you are not satisifed 100% with the exhaust purchase then we will refund your money on it. We are so confident that this will be one of the best new products for the EVO 8. We have had great success with our turbo kits and feel this is something new that will catch on.

I will post some more pics and pricing on this later today. You will no believe how cheap we are going to let these things go for. Also check out our site as we have added a ton of new products, prices and pictures.

What muffler are you using?? Will you have sound clips of it? Does the downpipe seal up really good to the O2 housing? (I've read that some that don't use the same donut style seal as sthe stock one have trouble sealing up well)

Lastly, that's awesome you are offering money back if not satisfied....I don't think anyone out there is offering that. Thanks for answering 20 questions ;-)

We are using an N1 style muffler for our systems. We also have options for the Magnaflow(quieter) muffler and the HKS Carbon/TI muffler.

We use a special gasket between the 02 housing and the downpipe that seals really good. I will see if one of our local customers can get a sound clip. It is nice deep sounding system nothing ricey at all.

Dave,

What is the easiest way to put your full turboback exhaust on? I noticed on the previous page you said loosen the turbo the retighten it all for the WRX, is that necessary for the evo.

Also, i know I have asked you this before i think, but do we use the stock spring bolts and gasket when we install the downpipe? Is there a gasket needed for the downpipe to highflow cat flange?

thanks a bunch for the info!!

I'm getting a turboback exhaust for my evo.
Rightly or wrongly I've narrowed my search down to one of the following systems
1. AMS
2. Buschur with magniflow muffler
3. RnR with Magniflow muffler
4. Ultimate turboback

I think I'll base my decision on which is the quietest system of the above.
I'd appreciate opinions comparing the above systems
Thanks

I was looking back and might have missed this....what was the price?? And if you do use a magnaflow is the price increased?

Thanks

We are working on some final pricing. We are going to do a huge group buy and give everyone the oppurtunity to buy these at greatly reduced prices for a short time. Check the vendor section in the next couple days. You won't regret it.

I have a RnR full turbo back exhaust with O2 housing and HKS carbon ti muffler. The quality is decent, the power I must say is AWESOME.... after I installed it i took it for a test drive and it blew me away how much this exhaust added. Only problem is that it raised my boost so much that my fuel cut comes on. So I just bought a boost controller and I have to install that now.

Another aspect that I liked about the exhaust was that i was able to keep my factory frame braces near the down pipe... I didnt even have to use washers. Also the fitment of the muffler in the cut out in the rear bumper was perfect!!!

Also we have just released the version 2 system which is completely different and utilizes flanges and not a slip design. I feel it will be a better exhaust solution for the EVO. You can seem some of the quality from the pics above. It will have the same great performance that our original version had.

The EVO exhaust is a straight forward simple job. Just jack the car up, take the old exhaust off, remove the factory donut gasket at the 02 housing and then re-install ours. Nothing has to be done to the turbo on the EVO.

All new bolts are supplied for the installation along with everything else you will need.

There is not gasket at the downpipe to cat flange.

Dave

All the accessories that came with the exhasut were just the bolts i needed. There was no extra donut that came with mine and I did not know you needed to replace it or I would have given you a call by now, no big deal just a slight oversight, but there was no donut that came with my exhaust. Is this something i will definetly need for installation?
