Guys, i have just started experiencing the problems listed below with my Evo 8. Any clues where I should start looking ?

1. Just started noticing a problem with my idle when I start the car.It would usually start idling at 2k down to 1500 then down to about 850-900 which from what i gather is normal on evos, but up until the other day i started the car up and it would idle pretty much 1200 rpm even when its warmed up.

2.I wonder if I need my radiator fan controller checked out, or is this ECU controlled. Not sure if its a relay or the actual unit, but its always turning on and off when I turn the ignition on and keeps running for a second or two after i turn the car off

Any help will be appreciated !
