no boost?

Yesterday I just switched out my turbo from an evo ix turbo to a 20G. I connected everything just as it was with the old turbo. But the problem is I am getting ZERO boost. I know all the vacuum/boost lines are connected properly. I double checked that about ten times. The only thing I can think of is that the wastegate is stuck open or closed? I know its probably something really small and I'm overlooking it. If anyone can provide any insight that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

No manual, or electric boost controller? Are you using the factory boost control system?

You claim say everything is connected properly. I would think switching to an adjustable boost controller or just go over your work, OR check your WG. After all it does in more cases of Boost boil down to the WG. That is more plausable.

I don't think that it is likely that you are boosting zero. Even if the wastegate is stuck open you will probably see some sort of boost. Sounds like you are running stock wastegate pressure and the gauge isn't reading it.

Sounds to me like there is a boost leak somewhere.

If the WG was stuck closed, then it would be make tons of boost, now if it was stuck open, no boost at all.. If your sure that there isn't a boost leak, then i would take the stock actuator off and try to manually open the gate, and make sure its smooth.... If you need any help, I can come by and take a look at it for you????
