Injector size limitations with EcuFlash?

Just curious if because ECU flash runs off the stock ECU if there are any injector size restrictions?
Im not looking for huge injectors to be honest, but Im curious if I should just skip 780's and go to 880's to be able to make use of the power my Green can make.

Any idle issues or drivability issues over something like a 680cc?

I went with FIC 950s, plenty of room to grow, drives exactly like it did on the stock injectors after about 1/2 hour of dialing them in.

I know 680's are fine. I run them. lol. I want more power that I dont think they will support though.

Anyone know how much power 780's are good for? Or if I should just jump to 880's.
I was thinking 1k's if I can get a steal on them, but I really dont need anything that big. Dont plan on E85 as I dont even think I can get it around me easily.

But over 1k cc idles fine on the stock ECU? Man times have changed. lol

Anyone touch or heard anything about the Injector Dynamics injectors yet? My tuner swears by them now.

It really depends on how well they are scaled..

Concerning the power capacity, it depends on your target afrs...

At 11.5 AFR with a bsfc of .75, the maxed out stockers should be enough for 42 lbs of air.

680's will be enough for up to 51 lbs
780's will be enough for up to 59 lbs
780's will be enough for up to 66 lbs

A rough rule is 1lb of air = 9~11 bhp.

This is obviously the capacity of a maxed out injector. Now you take this number and multiply it by the highest duty cycle you find acceptable.

These are just some quick & rough calculation, so don't take my word for them... :P

1000s are pretty easy, I have run as large as 1680s but only succesfully on E85. I think the new style FIC BlueMax injectors will probably work in the larger sizes but I have yet to test them on a stock ECU.
