Super rich under 2k, -4 vacuum at idle

I have a fully built 35r kit, with ported/polished head, 272's, Ets Ic, Ets ic piping.

Recently replaced throttle body shaft seals, that was the only boost leak we found.

We have done other boost leaks, found nothing. Still car is only pulling -4 psi at idle...

Could it be my TPS?? ISCV??

For some reason it feels like my car is always on Open Loop... I was thinking maybe my coolant temp sensor is bad?? and always reading like its cold and thus keeping me stuck on cold startup??

The car is super rich under 2k when im driving it around. when im in 5th gear around 2k, car starts to flutter/hesitate... stumble.. and has absolutely no power.

In Ecuflash?? or actual timing with the cams?? I havent touched the head since I was tuned on my FP green with no issues.. i just did a simple turbo swap.. I dont think it would be the timing.. unless it can slip timing??

I am having the same problem. But I have a basic set up. Stock 8 turbo, IC Piping, IC, Intake, DNP manifold & dump. Vacum is at -10 and rich at idle with no power after 4500 rpm.

Check your MAF. Make sure its plugged in and make sure the honeycomb is in tact.

Sounds just like a boost leak.

Have you tried logging your temp sensor? Default is -40 so if it logs anywhere around there it may be faulty.

No boost leaks, checked over 3 times. Already replaced the MAF. In the middle of changing the coil packs.

I have no spark to the plugs. Coil packs have been replaced and still no solution to the problem. The ECU is sending spark to the coils but there is no spark at the plugs.

dwell time correct?
have you checked the 12v/earth wires? maybe try hard wiring them?
have you checked the capacitor that works in the system?
