Clutchmasters Stage 1 clutch, any thoughts, suggestions?

I am getting a Clutchmasters Stage 1 put into my evo next week. Anyone have this clutch put in?

In general, whats the break in time on the clutch, and what are the requirements of break in?

I read a post a while back about organic material getting glazed. What does this mean?
And am i at a higher risk of this with an organic disk as opposed to a kevlar one?

I had the stage3 CM put in. And it works great. I know you save a few bucks by going with the stage1 but. is it worth it?
I cost alot to put a new clutch in. from my understanding the stage 1 isnt that much better then stock, if even better at all.
I wuoldnt go with anything below a stage 2.

and about organic disk as opposed to a kevlar one. there was a post about it. just run a shearch you shuold find something about them
