Seems to me like the perfect street car...and for wkend racing

 

good to see that someone is building a really quick car with the daily driver in mind..

 

05onblocks, that is what we prefer to build and what we build most. We have over 15 EVO's we have built now that have gone into the 9's, most of which are street driven/daily driven. It is the ONLY way to build an EVO in my opinion. There just aren't enough EVO's around to let them turn into junk or gut one and turn it into a tin can pile of crap for racing only. We made the mistake and did it, I'd never do it again.

 

Your car ran great! Can't wait to see what you do with all that power.

i cant seem to find it..and honestly i cant be bothered to read through all the posts..but what did the car run on the track?

 

I believe he ran a 10.65 and I cant remember the trap.

10.65 at 129.64 mph is the best so far. Full street trim, E85.

 

Was that time done on the 18" Volks with street tires? If so what brand street tires are they?
