BR's Project White, "completed". Lots of information.
Yes, my opinion has changed quite a bit, there are really no limits in my mind now about the parts you can run on the stock ECU. I do still feel the AEM EMS will make more power than the stock ECU and stock MAF. GM MAF or speed density would change that restriction.
Today I was able to get the 3 bar map sensor installed in the car and changed the xml file to recognize it and read boost. I can now read/log boost pressures up to about 30 psi of boost. Works very good in the logger. Thanks to all who put the time in to that modification!!

You need to talk to Eric I believe and get the 4 bar omni map sensor. Its plug and play too so no cutting. That and a GM IAT sensor for speed density and no more maf restriction period.
HELL YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I put Project White back on the dyno today to work on the new 0015 ROM I put in yesterday.
I started out about where I left off, 426'ish in 3rd gear, boost was down a little at about 26 psi. It's sure nice being able to log the actual boost now. Thank you MrFred!
I am so freaking happy about the power the car made. As many of you know the goal was 500 whp and 500 ft lbs. I was pretty sure I wasn't going to get there after the first two times having the car on the dyno. Well I was wrong.
I only stopped today because I am out of fuel. I do not believe I am out of "injector" the car still has the stock fuel rail on it and that is a huge restriction. My guess is as soon as I get our full fuel system on the car the IDC will drop about 15%. The car is not lean, AFR's (measurinng gasoline ratios) are mid 11's:1. The IDC is pegged at 100% though for most of the dyno pull.
Let's get to the good stuff. The car made 501 whp and 496 ft lbs of torque. The car is still gaining power at 7500 rpm when I stopped the pulls.
Here is the dyno sheet:

I am very impressed.
I owe a lot to many people who have spent considerable amounts of time making the stock ECU more tunable. Thanks to all of you who have put the time into, it is greatly appreciated. Very good tools available and it really allows for making some great power.
BTW, still on the stock ignition, still on E85, still running the car with the Magnaflow muffler and the SD muffler (it is VERY quiet).
Damn am I happy!

Congratulations on the new numbers! If you don't mind, I would REALLY like to get a ride in that the next time I am out!! If you interested in a partial trade of a Genesis Coupe and some cash in the future, let me know, hahaha
Congrats David! Thanks for letting me drive it yesterday. I have to say that car is a ton of fun on the street! I was so impressed on how smooth the car idled and drove being on the stock ecu with those huge cams and big injectors. I can't imagine adding an extra 80 whp to yesterdays closed course.
I can't wait to watch you tear it up at Winged Warrior next weekend.
