BR's Project White, "completed". Lots of information.
I wouldn't friggin' snowboard down an incline like that! More than 200 lb-ft jump in that range! Holy crap that car is insane!!!
I need to do a little research on that crush mod for christ sakes!

Congrats on hitting the 500's Dave! There's more in her too. PM me about any alt map switching needs you have...I'll hook up up
We can utilize some failsafing measures too if you want.

^^^I assume the only reason to do that is to help those out on 93?
I showed my wife the torque curve last night because she wanted to know what was so funny. She knows very little about cars and she was even impressed.

Yes since the most people can't get E85 where they are located.
I have been reading about the speed density conversion but I am not currently interested in doing it. I feel there is more power on the table with the stock MAF and I want to get well educated on this, one step at a time. I will not be recommending a stand alone nearly as much as I use to.
I drive the EVOX in the rain
Truth is I HATE-HATE-HATE cleaning cars. I hate a car that I like being dirty more than I hate cleaning it......makes it tough. haha
If you crush the stock valve, the easiest way is to put in a vise. Then simply tighten it down until the nipple touches the base just below it. If you look at the valve you will understand, that is all I did.
I have the car on 93 octane from 2003 (yes 6 year old fuel) when I started it, it made 372 like that. I am not planning on going back to 93 octane any time soon. E85 is easy to get. I would like to make a new back up map for the car just incase I need to run 93.
Thanks for the offer on the alt switch map, I'll shoot you a PM as I am interested.
Thanks for the continued interest in the car everyone.
Today I pulled the car in, did the first oil change on it, cut the oil filter open and inspected it, perfectly clean
That's always good to see. We also put on some new tires with a stickier compound for Winged Warrior next week. All that's left now is a quick check of the alignment and a few marks on the camber plates so we can make some quick changes at the event. I can't wait to run the car, I hope I can drive close to it's potential.

Looking damn good David...
On the issue of 93 octane. FYI... when the time comes, I'll be delivering my car with 93 in it. Will want to tune it on 93 for the LONG *** drive back to Texas, then dump it for E85 for real fun. I'll want to always have that 93 map stashed for when I just got to take a trip in the car. I really think this is more of why people are harping on the 93 issue David. This build can not be set to "kill" on 93. However, it can't be driven from there to Austin Texas on E85 either. That's 1359 miles one way... that's almost as far as from the Southern tip of Texas to the Northern end! (bout 100 miles short)

I know you think that the ECU-Controlled Boost is "the devil" (which it is if you are tuning it with LOAD targeting rather than PSI targeting with the JDM Map Sensor) but I'd be curious to see what powerband you can get out of her with the JDM Map and a GM 3-port BCS. Look up some threads started by Razorlab with some before-after dyno info. I gained 20whp more at 6500 RPM and saw increases from 5500-7500 RPM (holding over 1PSI more boost at redline too) with the 3 port BCS over the MBC you offer and my car is mild compared to your beast!
This is especially useful with Tephra's new V7 Patch which incorporates gear dependent boost control. When on the MBC I usually get top end knock when crossing the beams in the top of 4th if I tune my 3rd gear to the razors edge because of the slight increase in boost I see in 4th on a long pull like that. Its either that or I tune 4th so its knock free and my lower gears aren't at their fullest power potential. Its also gonna be sweet for adjusting the boost curve for 1st gear launching.
If anything, it'd be sweet to see an A/B comparision of a 3rd gear dyno pull using each option. I dunno how well your 'secret' ECUFlash helper is with the ECU controlled boost though.

zeus, I see on the 93 octane now. Remember though, the car made 370 whp on 93 octane that was 6 years old when I started tuning it. I'd venture to guess on straight fresh 93 octane I can make 450 on the read at 30 psi. Just a guess.
I know a lot of you like ECU based boost control. I am not a fan of it and will not be running it. The boost in 4 gears on my car are all within a pound of each other. Sorry, just not my thing, I've tried it.
We haven't taken any videos at all of the car. Sooner or later we'll get some. Winged Warrior we'll have some for sure next weekend, but not on the dyno, on the track.

Nice work David. Since you're hitting 400+ 2 byte load, you've clearly unlocked the load limit. However, there is a second limit to remove in the calculation of injector pulse width that goes with the removal of the load limit. Without it you'll probably find that you need to richen the values in the fuel map as you go over 380 load. I've just put up 94170015 on the "max load" thread you contributed to: https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/7017823-post166.html
