In for Service :(

Went to Willow Springs and drover about 30 laps. Car seemed fine on the way home. Next day now when I decel I can sometimes hear like a gridning noise almost and when I decel and go over a bump it sounds like a huge piece of metal is moving back and forward. Took it in for service and waiting for them to call me and see whats wrong. THIS SUCKS

did you do the full track or the streets of willow?
If you did the full track, what where your lap times?
I've been wondering what the evo would pull on the full track.

Wait... he said that he did some laps... not that he raced. Where do we draw the line. Someone insert a line in the list of actions.

Drove it like a granny.
Drove it like Colin McCrae.
I drove it on dirt.
I drove it over the speed limit.
I drove it very very fast.
I drifted the car.
I drove very fast from a stoplight.
I drove very fast from a stoplight /w someone driving fast beside me.
I drove it on a non-public road.
I drove it on a non-public road where people often race.
I drove it on a track.
I raced it.

I hate this stuff!!! Mitsu, quit hounding us... go sell cars!

Where did he say mitsu was hounding him? All he said was that the dealer told him the noise was coming from his exhaust.
Please AutoXer, take a deep breath and relax.

Sounds like the decel noise man, when most people first hear it it sounds like a loose heat shield. is it more prevalant in 3rd gear decel above 3,000 rpm??
