Try to get a hold of a evo 9 bov and swap it out that would be your best bet...but i do know that if the single spring mod has been done than the bottom vacuum port is not needed. I did this for my greddy rs BOV and it never flutters on me or stalls the motor out. Make sure to use teflon tape on all the possible fittings.
