so... i just finishing changing my engine because the last one was crankwalked, an now after hooking everything up it wont run.

its burning fuel in cylinders 3, an 4..... cylinders 1, an 2 have spark but are not burning so there full of fuel. the car wont start. it rolls over sounds like its about to start then it locks up(from all the un burnt fuel i thought) ive changed cam sensor, fuel rail, coils, plugs, throttle postion, checked timing. should i be using the ecm that came with my new engine ? even tho its just another stock 4g63? today i am going to check my vacume lines but i thoiught that it would still run with a vacume issue.

 

I would initially focus on the issue you are seeing with cylinders 1 and 2; if you have spark and fuel but no combustion, then the timing has to be off - this could be due to ignition timing or physical valve timing. Your injectors may be spraying with the valve closed and then opening after the plug sparks - which could flood the cylinder.

You could also have stuck injectors that never fully close.

Sounds like you have a bunch of digging around and troubleshooting to do
