what size is the stock intercool?

i just bought a intercooler kit (ets kit) but its a 3" kit, i'm on the stock turbo for now but plan on going to a red in the near future. can someone please tell me if the 3" it going to be too small?! should i have went with the 3.5" instead?? i bought the 3" thinking it was going to be less of a psi drop but now idk

i think stock is 2.5 but im not sure anyways u shudda went 3.5" better flow for the red...

 

would it be a big handicap to use the 3" with the red??

 

It won't be a huge handicap, but its not ideal.
