What is the difference between these two turbos? Both have the new 80mm intake. I saw a dyno sheet for the new Green hitting 531WHP @ 35 LBS on E-85!!! And It's a hundred buck cheeper then the Red!!! I wonder if it's backed up like the Red is??? Or if you could just make a call and get on shipped out today??? Who's got info on this new Green?

I'm sure this is designed to be a bbk-killer. No one knows anything, and FP ain't talkin yet. Just hang out and see what they say when they make an 'official' announcement.

One dyno graph doe snot make a turbo. Perhaps you should wait for some more info before deciding for sure that you want this turbo

I would be interested to see about the surging aspect of it compared to the red. Seeing as though this HTA green can deliver good power like the red, it would be even sweeter if it lacked the surging issues that many are having with the red...it may even replace the red (speculation of course, time and results will tell).

if they designed it for that then they really didnt come out on top. the pump gas numbers are definately lower then a bbk. 431 and 369 on a dynojet doesnt top what the bbk is capable of, for sure. the e-85 tune really isnt that ridiculous either. dont get me wrong they are some great numbers but i would like to see what this thing does on a mustang dyno before i would jump to conclusions.

all that being said cheers to fp for keeping the game alive.

The bbk is only good for what? 390-400 max -- via pump.

You can't really make these knee jerk comparisons and conclude that one turbo is better than the other, when there are so many variables. These are different cars, with different mods, on different dynos, on different days, under different climatic conditions, very possibly at different altitudes, etc. No one said that the HTA Green is "better" than the BBK Full. So, take it easy.
