Try to adjust the pedal higher, make sure you've got a GL4 grade gear oil on the gearbox (not gl4/5 or gl5) This makes a huge difference.
And last but not least call Shep. Hes a nice guy and I'm sure hes willing to help out.

I am on the phone all day and if I have time I often offer tech support for products we do not even sell. I would love to hear the circumstances that led to someone saying I do not help. Remember there are always two sides to every story.

Please call the shop or email us and I will walk you through some steps to check for proper clutch disengagement. A poorly shifting or notchy trans very well may have nothing to do with the trans.

I have a stock tranny, that was notchy. When I had my clutch put in, switched to redline gear oil, now shifts like butter in every gear. Sometimes it is still notchy in first when cold, but nothing that double pumping can't fix..

adjusting the engagement point will probably not do anything. Try a stiff front motor (tranny) mount, that should clean up the shifts a little. New bushings everywhere too.

Yeah well i spoke with shep and he said it sounds like its the clutch. So i havent decided if im gonna buy a twin or trade the car for a srt-8 jeep. Theres a toss up between the two now if i go with the jeep im gonna part the car out then trade it. If i keep the car ill prob go with what shep recomended and do the exedy twin.

Shep answered a lot of my tech questions when I called. Don't know who told you he won't but they were wrong.
