wow, this thread really blew up!! I'm still salty about the whole thing but atleast they are trying to remedy it. I'm not going to bash anyone. I'm just so glad I was able to make others aware. I was worried this thread was just going to get buried under all of the other threads on here. Hope you guys can salvage something from this mess.

ETS what are you going to do about people like me who live outside the US that have bought and resold more that five complete intercooler kits from you in less than a year? are you going to cover the shipping? because I certainly am now ashamed for my customers and friends asking me what crap I recommended and sold them.

We are willing to replace the piping, but we are not covering shipping.

Send me a PM or give me a call tomorrow. I'm sure we can work that out, I will need a little more info on the turbo kit.

Thanks,

a NISEI uicp kit is 220ish shipped. its aluminum and lighter then mild or SS piping. 175.00 for a part that has to be replaced?? damn. a kick in the nuts if you ask me. since ETS is the ones that seemed to overlook this issue maybe at the very least you can sell them at what it costs to make.

Yeah it kind of is. We'll see. I need to have a LICP, and intake replaced. If that's the case for those two small items as well, I'm going Buschur, and these will be yanked. They're rusting everywhere. It's kind of scary that steel was used to begin with.

YIKES!!!!! I never thought about vendors/shops that sold ETS Pipes! Wow, this is bigger than I thought. I really feel like I've contributed something to the Evo community.......even if it was nothing more than some bad news. I'm glad so many people are enlightened.

Ya know, I really understand that every vendor will always defend their products and say its better then the other.

But for this to turn into a pipes and intercoolers ETS has produced is garbage is a little rediculous.

Both ETS and BR stuff works great and performs for the money its worth.

All over some rust in the pipes! You have any idea how long it would take for that to do anything to the piping, a god dam long time. I dont see it as any reason to send the piece to the trash!

I would say that both has the most IC's on evo's the any other maker on here. If thats not enough to make a statement I dont know what is.

i'm glad i went with the muse upper and lower piping, upper is aluminum and lower is stainless steel so they'll never rust and both costs about the same as ets' upper intercooler pipe price!
