Jeff,

We have always offered a stainless steel option at the bottom of the website in a drop down menu. I'm sorry if the option was over looked. We are offering a 15% discount towards new product.

Thanks,

Michael

Have you tried the magnet test? Check to see if the Magnet will stick to it or not.

Thanks,

michael

i think i allready know the answer to this but ill ask anyway because its relevant.

are you willing to take back your mild steel pipping and replace it with the stainless if i pay the difference between the two. because if not, im deffinately not going to give you anymore of my money that would be stupid. ill get the good pipping from someone else.

Michael-
I did see that option when I ordered my piping and intake, but I honestly did not realize that the pipes that I was ordering were mild steel. What concerns me is that ETS offered an option for the COLOR of the pipes, not the material that they are made of. In my mind when I ordered, I didn't think the extra cost ($110, I think) to polish the SS was worth it, black was fine with me and I assumed that all the piping was SS. I'm not saying that ETS intentionally misrepresented the product, but there certainly was room for misinterpretation because of the drop down menu. I have a lot of respect for ETS products and the customer service that you provide as I have added an ETS FMIC since I bought the pipes last summer. Can you do more for those of us who want to remain loyal to ETS? Maybe an exchange of some sort? IMO, just offering 15% off a new set seems to come up a little short.

Thanks in advance for your consideration.

Yeah my ETS LICP, and intake both look like that . The "powdercoat" on both is also flaking off due to the rusting on the exterior of them. In short they look like poo. 15% off is coming up way short if you ask me, if that's the case everybody will suck up the extra $10-$20 and take their business elsewhere. Stupid/hard to give the same company that did you in to begin with your hard earned money twice. My .02.

We are very sorry about the issue and realize not everyone may have checked the website or read the mild steel option and stainless option. We have worked out a deal for new piping kits of $175.00 with trade in of your old piping kit. This is only be good for the original purchaser.

The options available will be Brushed Stainless Steel, Powder Coated Stainless Steel and Polished will be an additional charge.

Again, we would like to make it clear. All new piping kits from ETS will be in stainless steel.

If you would like to get in on this, please send me a PM or give me a call at 360-263-3748 and we will get you taken care of.

Thanks again,

Michael
