Mod list. helppp!!!

Ok so i wanna do some mods to my bone stock GG evo 9 ill be picking up in a few weeks.
I've been planning a few mods here and there

so this will be my first evo . and yeah i wanna make as much power as possible on the stock turbo, have my fun and once i make enough money i wanna go somewhere along the lines of a 2.3 stroker but we'll cross that bridge when we get to it..

i'll be happy with above anywhere from 350-400 awhp range runnin the stock turbo

heres my mod list i've been planning. please be fully honest if u disagree tell me. you prolly know more than i do. i've been thinking about:

-buschur ported exhaust manifold
-buschur o2 housing w/ dump
- cams.. idk if i want 272's or 280's?? maybe brian crowers or cosworth.
-megan racing downpipe
- megan racing test pipe, and an exhaust cut out welded in, from the test pipe i wanna run the stock exhaust.
- some kinda intake. prolly turbo xs short ram
- and possibly but im not sure yet i've been looking into an aqua mist or some kinda 50/50 meth injection kit.

i know the stock evo 9 turbo is capable of some pretty nice numbers i have friends who've broken 400awhp with similar set ups i know it can be done
but My main question is on the stock intercooler.
Do you think the stock intercooler will be able to break 375+whp with upper and lower intercooler piping?? or should i shell out the extra money and get an aftermarket intercooler core as well??

def gunna need fmic and piping but the rest of the list looks good just add some head studs, fuel pump, and fuel injectors and a good tune and you will be set u will easily hit 350 to 400 on the 9 turbo. What fuel u plan on running?

Fuel pump, bigger injectors, get a bigger intercooler. Why keep the stock exhaust?

yeah i forgot to mention the fuel pump and injectors that was actually another question. what size injectors? u think 750cc's r good? and i was gunna go with a walbro 255. and 93 octane + 50/50 meth injection

Yeah, cops ruin everything, the cut out is a good idea. I would go with 880 injectors.

like they said fuel pump , injectors and don't forget some kind of boost controller. As far as the cams I think 280's might be a bit aggressive I'd probably go with the 272's. The cops are a pain by me too but that doesn't stop me from running a catless 3" exhaust. Forget the cutout, if anything run a HFC but I prefer the test pipe.
