Ok, finally got back my car, works great!.
the mechanic cleaned out the air intake pipe by the air filter, that had oil in it, also some wires going to the ecu (close to it) the tape was coming off them and maybe causing them to ground on each other, so he re-taped those and made sure they were connected properly, he changed something else, cant remember what he said,
I have to go back by him next week to look at another evolution 7, there going to be modifying it, so i wanna go take a look at that.

well i filled up a tank of gas and all help broke loose, car started making a buzzing sound which was coming from the fuel pump (under the back seat by the fuel tank) and bad idle started back again, and this time i got some power loss, the car even turned off on me when pressing clutch and coming to a stop.

the next day i changed the fuel pump to the same cheap one, "Walbro 255lph Fuel Pump & Installation Kit (DSM / Evo / WRX & STi)"
and the car works great, i really hope that's the last off my problems. Peace

I know someone having a very similar problem. Please do advise if the problem comes back, if not I will recommend the fuel pump change, thanks.
