UPDATE!!
Here is the hole where the oil was getting into the downpipe.

What poked the hole in the downpipe flex section?

 

Well, here is a few things I thought of....

1. Have you recently done or had work done to the car. (i.e. trans. or transfer fluids?) Maybe the fill or drain plug isn't tight....

2. did you see where the flex pipe was rubbing!? maybe there is a hole there and the exhaust is blowing all the oil, all over the side of everything making it look alot worse than it is....

3. Do you have an oil pump issue?! Did the pump walk inside the housing?

4. Get the garden house out and spray down everything with some kind of Degreaser. Simple Green engine degreaser works wonders for me.

 

I pulled the trans recently. I will double check all plugs.

yes the flex pipe is rubbing on the differential. I took pics of where it was rubbing. No damage done other than the downpipe. The oil is dripping down to the oil pan.

I do not believe I have an oil pump issue.?

 

Did you check the turbo-side of the turbo oil return line?

oil leaks are the worst

 

All the return lines are good.. Im going to try to degrease the engine and see where the oil is coming from.

 

they are not fun.

Did you ever figure this out bro?? I am kind of having the same problem and can't figure out where this oil is coming from. Just seeing what your problem was so I can diagnose mine. Appreciate it man.
