Reach your hand in there and manipulate the clips and pull it off. May have to lower the tank a bit to get your hand in there. It's just two bolts on each side from underneath the car.

I just found a set of longish-nose pliers that I *think* are made for these fuel lines. They came with all my dad's old tools. These posts remind me that I should go look for them. I think it would make the process even easier.

I got them by dropping the tank. I appreciate it fam hands was getting chopped up from trying to get it
