Anyone know the thread pitch for those bolts? and length? Cause my downpipe is slightly touching and I am even using washers to space it out, but I don't want to run out of thread on the bolts.

Besides exhaust hangers, worn engine mount bushings can cause it however unlikely for an '05. Also wrap your DP with heatwrap, in addition to the other advices

bump this, what size are the bolts for the oem tie bars?

I just went out and bought some a few days ago. I got enough to do both braces.
This is what I got...
(5) Hex nut 10mm-1 25
(5) Hex bolt 10mm-1 25 x 35mm
(5) Lock washer split ring 10mm

I also used some stainless washers that I had on it before, maybe pick up some of those too. Using the nuts as spacers works well. The only thing was that those nuts, bolts, and lock washers cost like $14!
