Re-torquing will do nothing for a return tube leak. For return tube issues...
Jack up the car really high on one side so the oil won't come out when you remove the return tube. This may be possible (works on DSMs). Use jackstands. Remove tube and clean surfaces (I rough it up with some 500 grit sandpaper) then wipe with a solvent like alcohol. New gaskets help. Use Orange or Grey RTV on all contact surfaces but don't overdo it. Slather the threads with RTV as well. Torque to spec. LET THE RTV DRY before taking off jack! This is the most important step.
