Turbo leak

Hi
I have a EVO IX MR. At the moment i have HKS exhaust system, blow off, boast controller, fuel pump and ECU retune, the car is still new only gone 20k miles. I drove my car after like 2 weeks being parked and the blow off was acting funny, after driving the car for a day or two my car was giving out white smoke. After checking i realized that my turbo was gone and most properly due to the blow off being faulty and not letting the air out. Anyway i changed my tubro and fitted a new tomei ARMS turbo, drove the car for like 2 hrs and again i see white smoke coming out of the exhaust, this time oil is also leaking from the turbo and i noticed that not only oil is leaking from the turbo but oil is coming out of the oil cover
, first i thought it was the oil return pipe no fitted well but it was again the turbo, the turbo seems to be defected from the manufacture. Now this is very surprising as this is a brand new tomei turbo and i have the same problem but this time the new turbo is also leaking and plus oil coming out of the oil cover. Now i really dont know what has caused this, is the turbo defected ??? or is there something wrong with the car which has caused damage to both the turbos?? some ppl tell me that the turbo is defected, some ppl tell me its the balancer belt not fitted properly....now what would it be which is creating not only white smoke but also oil leaking from the turbo and from the oil cover....need help cuz i dont want another turbo to be damaged

It is not leaking at the top at all? It almost looks like the oil is running down the side of the turbo.

Inside the housing? If so you are going to need to send it in. If you have a local shop they might be able to take a look at it first but check your warrenty if you have one before anything else.

In your first post you mentioned it was leaking from the turbo and oil cover? What do you meen?

yes i am sending it back to tomei, they told me if its something wrong with the turbo they replace it but if its caused by the car then they wont......when i said it was leaking from the turbo i meant that from the intake to the turbo there is no oil but from the turbo all the way to the intercooler and exhaust there is oil and oil is also leaking from the turbo and dripping down as seen in the pic....and oil is all over the engine coming out of the oil cover on top of the head where we put oil from......so there are two probs...one oil coming out of the oil cover and second turbo leaking

Is your crackcase ventilated? It almost sounds like your are building up pressure causeing the oil to be pushed out. I am no expert though. I would definetly have that looked at. Is it pushing oil all the time or only under high load?
