I searched on the forum but can't find the following:

I've seen two cars on here that modified their dump on their wastgate to go straight up in the air out of the hood vent. Can someone post a link to these cars so I can see what they look like again.

Also any comments on doing this? I dont drive my car in the rain so I could care less about the possibility of water getting in to the dump...im curious though, if the hot air coming out of the dump could damage your windshield or roof since it would basically be blowing into both.

I was thinking about cutting a side exit whole in the front bumper...right in front of the passenger wheel in the lower part of bumper...but its too much piping and a lot of work. The hood idea is super easy since its just a short elbow.

You would be willing to damage your car like a hole in your hood or bumper? I would reconsider. I would look into the EPM or QTP o2 dumps. Although, I've heard they are no longer in production, you can always find them used.

I have the EPM on mine, and I love it. Just my 2 cents worth

Look at my signature....I have an external dump on my car....

I didn't write I would put a hole in my hood...I was refering to the hood vent...thats any easy fix if it didnt come out nice by just replacing it.

I have a MAP o2 dump. I love how it sounds. No fitment issues at all where i have heard that EPM one does. It burned a hole through my friends intercooler pipe. The o2 dumps right out the bottom of the car so you don't even have to worry about rain getting in it or what not. Don't have to worry about cutting up your car to fit it either. Plus its stealthy cuz you can't see it. I think thats your best bet.
