shifting issues

ok ive had plenty of manual tranny cars and maybe its just my evo but this thing is not very precise or easy to shift quickly.also the clutch is extremely touchy.is this normal? if so what are the usual parts people use to change this?
im thinking ill get the same shift knob ive used on all my other cars, the greddy counterweight.it always helped a lot in my others.and maybe a short throw, but which one?
my clutch is beginning to shudder a little in the morning so i guess thats on its way too right?

Change your transmission fluid and adjust your clutch pedal:

That will help the notchiness.

i highly doubt that it is aftermarket i bought the car with 24k on it and every single thing is bone stock including the tires .which need replacing.
i was just getting ready to do the 30k on it.but adjusting the clutch pedal will only change where it engaes not how and i figured removing the pill would make it worse since its there for this problem exactly
