Boost Creep

Ok so the internal wastgate is 10psi, which i will get untill 4k ish and then it shoots to 15psi and will slowly raise over that untill redline. I thought maybe the wastegate opening was too small so i ported it, as much as possible. But it didnt help. I checked and i cant find and vacuum leaks and my boost gauge is showing perfect vacuum, idk? What else can be causing this? A bad wastegate actuator? But why would it hold at 10psi to the same rpm then creep up if it was the actuator. Any suggestions? Im suppose to be goin on the dyno friday, i need to get this fixed asap!

Thats what i keep thinking but after the 20th time going over the lines, i doubt theres a vac leak and if there is i must be blind but just for the hell of it im gonna have my friend look them over. It always seems that he finds the whats wrong with my car. like the time i blew up a coupler and thought i blew my motor lol.

Running too little boost. What kind of turbo is this?

16g. now that you mention that when i had my boost controller in i had it set to 15psi and it stayed right there maybe went to 15.5psi. But then i took the mbc out, got a vac leak and fixed it, installed a new bov then this started happening. But i broke my mbc so i cant test that untill my new one comes in.

i switched wastegate actuators but im still having a prob. When i go wot ill hit 15psi go down to 10psi then comeback to 15psi. I know its not the wastegate actuator and its not the mbc as ive tryed 3 differnt actuators and 2 mbc

It turned out to be the port job that the kid did that i bought the turbo from. Not the wastegate opening but the inside of the exhaust housing. I turned up the boost to 17psi and no creep at all, just had to be above 15psi where it would jump up to then creep from there. Was the turbo ported?

I have a ported ex manni, o2 dump, intake, exhaust, and a hallman mbc.
haven;t tuned it yet or anything, just trying to atleast set up the boost so it wont creep over 1.5 bar, and it seems to be hitting 1 bar then slowly creeps over 1.5 and that's when i let go.
I turned the hallman all the way down, and it still hits over 1.5 in 4th gear.
checked and made sure the mbc lines are connected correctly. checked the interior of the mbc for any dirt build up or what not, and everything seems fine.
its on a stock turbo, with a stock flapper and hotside. not sure what else to check.
but i did notice that the flapper inside the hotside has a longer travel range when its not connected to the actuator's arm vs. when it is connected to it.
