Timing Belt Question

If you're taking tension off the belt it's a good idea to replace the tensioner pulley, hydraulic tensioner as well as the timing belt with that kind of mileage. My car only had 40k miles when the tensioner pulley **** the bed and killed my crank sensor due to the previous owner installing cams and gears at an earlier date.
