Well, I had this problem for little while, and I finally have a job and Im saving money for Buschur and Shep tranny. I was planning to go to Buschur at the beginning of the January and just upgrade my tranny. It will be a long ride, but i think it will be worth it..
Just out of curiosity, what could be a problem with my second gear. It is very strange, and I think its shift fork, but not 100% sure.
I have ACT HDSS and Works short shifter installed by TurboDan, so there is no chance that its caused because of sorry installation

When the car is off, there is no chance to put it in a 2nd gear, any other gear is OK. When the car is driven, and cold then I have very slim chances to put it in 2nd gear. When the car is driven for little while, the chance to put it in 2nd gear increases, but only at certain rpm and it has to be babied, which really gets on my nerves sometimes..

So, after all these nice descriptions, what could be the problem with 2nd gear?

like my car man the problem in second and third gear , i think i have to do rebuilt for it from Buschur racing ,,, also when i went to 8000 or 7500 rpm i couldn't change the gear from second to third gear

 

My third gear is fine (for now), just the second is the problem.. and it happened suddenly. I never had any grinding, or problems, just one day it did not want to shift.
