I have run the Buschur turbo back with Catco CAT for about 5000 miles with no CEL.

 

I have to wonder why the setup has worked for you and some others when it did not work for me along with some other people. At least you do not have the CEL.

 

The o2 sensor is pretty touchy and maybe you damaged it installing the exhaust?

 

I don't think so as it seems to be working now, but who knows? After the install was done I took it out to look at it and there was no obvious damage, but it was coated with the black soot (carbon?) from running so rich. I do not think that it would start to work correctly if damaged?

 

I was WAY carefull with mine while installing the exhaust. There is just to much carbon/soot/etc... running through.

If I rember correct, in my Eclipse the stupid CEL kept on coming on so I just unscrewed it and zipped tied it to the body, and it did not come on no more, whether this is good or not, I have no idea. Probably not.....

 

Get a Cobb Access Port and download the Access Tuner Race program. You can disable the O2sensor and you won't get any more CELs.
