I have this same problem with a Moshimoto radiator and cap. I have a built motor and when I stretch the car to about 7,200 in any gear coolant comes out of the cap and all over my motor.

My problem is the cap's seal is not strong enough but it is the 1.3 bar. Daily driving is fine, but anything over 7K and it has the potential to blow coolant.
