When did it start, how long has it been doing this and have you changed anything recently?

I didn't change anything yet!

Does this happen to anyone else?

idle air control motor, its what helps with your car being able to idle. Its on the throttle body below the inlet, its a black cone sorta shaped sensor with a plug on it with 3 small screws.
