Can't wait for the outcome.

Who did you get the ID's from? I could only get 24psi from 1200cc using a 6262.

I wish. Ill post a small update since he was at work from 8pm-8am today. Car never made it on the dyno. Had a few bugs we had to work out, the ADC being the biggest. We cannot get the ACD lights to stay off. After about 30 or so seconds they all turn on and stay solid. We have bled the acd by hand and even powered on the pump. I read in a earlier thread that the ACD and ABS can somehow be connected. We realized the LF sensor was destroyed so yanked on off ISP's track car and put it in. That turned off the anti-lock light but the 3 acd lights still come on after a few seconds.

I think we have bled this thing every way possible. I have a feeling it needs to be reset from the MUT tool Mitsubishi uses. We are getting a perfect solid stream out of the bleeder. I would say we even have cycled a whole quart of fluid through. Everyone just ran out of time after we tried to fix the ACD problem. Mike had heard that if you run it with air in the system it can end up destroying the t-case.

Anyways we did drive the car around the block testing the acd and its sounds like a freakin monster We are scheduled to go back down on Monday morning and get it finished up. If anyone has any ideas about the ACD please chime in.

Damn sorry to hear about the hold up. I have to wonder if resetting the ACD and ABS with the MUT tool or something like a Snap-On Modis tool would get things right? We recently did a clutch job and after bleeding the lights went off like they should, how long was the car apart?

car was apart for 8 months. There is no doubt in my mind that that it is bled. We powered the pump on and bled it until we had a constant fluid flow with no air. then even went as far as to put it on the lift go through the acd modes in 1-3 gear. But im led to believe it needs to be reset because the lights come on everytime after the same amount of time(about 30 sec). Im looking for a way to reset the acd computer for monday. Im probably just going to go for it with the tune either way though. if transfer case dies ill get ahold of a non acd case. But againi like i said i dont think there is a actual issue just a matter of resetting a code.

well finally got it tuned today...well not all the way. Made 702whp at 38psi. Ran out of time, but going to go back next weekend and see what we can get out of 45psi. The 702 was on e85 and with full exhaust that has 2 resinators and muffler. Going to eliminate the 2 resinators before next weekend as well. Aiming for over 750whp on 45psi.
