i don't see how it's possible they could be running the same maps. ER's ACD tunes were developed in conjunction with Sabin per above. I don't know how TSComptuned has tuned his ACD. I'd love to test, but not willing to spend the resources.

Somewhat related, anyone know a reason why I couldn't buy this, send it to TS or ER, and swap with my stock one?

Not sure whether the ACD ECUs are paired to the vehicle in some way, or if they are universal. Thanks!

They are generic. You can use one off of any car. . I also bought one from eBay and had it shipped to TSC.

Good luck. He's infamously impossible to reach. Do a search with the shop name and you'll see lots of posts/threads about it

Haha, thanks. I just want to give him money! This shouldn't be this difficult.

I was gonna pay him a lot more to build me a motor. I never heard back, so went a different route. A couple weeks later, he emailed me back. I told him I went elsewhere. He then sent an unhappy reply. LOL
I don't have forever to wait to give someone $3000+.

Can you message me where you got your engine rebuilt? I was looking at Tom as well because he seems so meticulous on his measurements which would ensure reliability and durability, but i have heard he is difficult to get a hold of plus chipping from CA to PA might be a pain

I bought an OEM shortblock. Same cost, no core needed, and won't need a rebuild after 50k miles
plus my whp goal has always been 450-500 so no real reason to hassle with a built engine.
