ACD fluid lowering when hot?

My question is in regards to the ACD fluid reservior level lowering when pushing the car on the track. The car is a 05 Evo 8 MR, stock turbo and e85. Pushing 400whp and 389 ft-lbs. Most of the time I run my HPDEs about 3/4, until I find a quick car to follow. Well, I found a fixed up C5 to follow. After a couple of laps of pushing it too keep up, all my ACD lights came on.

I pulled in, and sure enough, my ACD fluid is about 1 inch below the minimum line. So let the car idle for about five minutes, go do my download for 10-15 minutes, and when I come back my ACD fluid is back up to the max line where I had filled it up the night before.

Anyone know what the cause of this might be? I would think as the fluid gets hotter the level would go up. The car isn't leaking either, nothing on the garage floor after sitting there for a week. It also returned to the original level after sitting for 20 minutes or so.

SUMMARY***

ACD fluid start out at max line.
Push the car hard for 15 minutes, ACD fluid goes below the min cause all ACD lights to come on.
Car sits for 20 minutes, level returns to max line.

Causes?
Should I just overfill the reservior the little?

Thanks
Robert

The ACD fluid level drops as it gets hot. I have not had my lights come on but I'm not driving in Phoenix heat either... I am surprised after only 15min this happened.

This was on Firebird Main, which has a 1/2 mile straight. I've been doing HPDEs for a little over a year, and this has never happened on Phoenix International Raceway, where we do most of our events. This is only my second time doing Firebird Main, but wasn't on E85 last time.

If everyone else is having the same issue with no problems, then guess there isn't too much to worry about. There is still a couple inches before the reservior goes empty, and it has only got that low once.
