INLINE RACING -2.0l MOTOR BUILD w/ PICS
here's a shot of the surge tank and the 2 bosch 044 pumps. These are parallel, but there is a walbro 255 still intank making this setup series as well. The walbro feeds the surge tank. I havent connected all of the lines yet as i'm waiting for the guys to put the clutch/tranny back in so everything can be re-installed for proper placement in the engine bay.
I had some inquiries on the fuel setup so here's the latest pic.

what is the reasoning in using a walbro in-tank feeding the surge tank which is drained by a pair of bosch pumps? I'm not sure if thats a good idea, but I'm still thinking about what good and bad outcomes could possibly exist with a setup like this.
It will work great. Its not a new idea.
anyways, I finished the rest of the lines for the fuel setup over the weekend. My friend who owns the shop also finished putting in my longer gears in the transmission as well as installing the Tilton carbon twin disc. We'll have it buttoned back up again this week. It was a hassle taking it all apart again for these changes, but well worth the delays. Once the transmission is back on and the motor repositioned back to where it needs to be, I'll finish the -10 breather lines from the valve cover and the 3rd coolant line to the catch tank. Finish up some minor wiring and hopefully start her up real soon. I completed a base map on the AEM EMS for start up w/ the ID2000s so hopefully everything will go smoothly, LOL.

I understand it may work more or less on other setups, but there is just something bothering me about using pumps set up like this.

Anyways, the transmission w/ the longer 3rd/4th gearing has been installed. I just need to put everything back in the engine bay (eg. catch tank, radiator, IC pipes, FMIC etc) so i can measure out the breather lines and then finish the downpipe.
