Ya my build is a 10:1.

You are better off to use a 159mm rod w/ the 94mm crank. It would give you a 1.13ch and a 1.7r/s there or about. Also have you looked into the 4094R?

i thought about the 159mm rod and its just not worth the extra expense and hassle. aaron from er said he needed a ton of extra machine work to get a 162mm rod to fit and i imagine the 159 would need work too. 1.66 r/s is already pretty good. last i heard, 4094's are laggy and just dont make any power over a 4088. plus i originally was going to use a 35r until i worked out a good trade for the 4088. im not worried about a lack of power, im more worried about breaking drivetrain parts at this point.

Ya I have broke enough drivetrains parts for the both of us. The 159mm is a fairly easy build. You just grab up a std 1.13ch piston 86.5 or 87mm. The only extra expense would be getting the custom rod made... I don't know if anyone stocks a 159 rod. That would be a good question for Aaron.

Lag, why you worried about lag? Where do you think the 4088 will spool on the 9.8:1 LR2.2?

I think a TS 4094 1.06a/r on a high comp LR2.2 would be pretty sick!

with my ported .95 a/r turbine and full-race manifold i would venture a guess of 25 psi @ 4,700 or so in 3rd.

Ya that sounds about right. You will love the higher comp 2.2! I wanted to do that but it was cheaper to do the LR2.4. I think I'll be really happy with the 2.4 everyone that has one loves it!

I am doing a 9:1 LR2.4 since my car isnt getting raced anywhere but on ramps and my secret closed course lapping days and such I'd rather have even more torque on the street and rev a little lower since I dont like rapping 9400 all the time.

The 2.2 is getting parted and sold to a customer.

My build is very close to that but we are putting in much larger bumpsticks

That's a really nice write up though.
