Grinds everytime? Bad syncros.

Grinds occasionally? Shifter bushings. Did mine last night and I'm EXTREMELY impressed. I went with the Kartboy underhood and interior kit. I had to take the diameter of the interior bushings down 50/1000's with a die grinder because they didn't fit. After everything went in, the mechanism feels snick-snick good!

whats up guys im experiencing the same thing. I Dont think the fluids really have much to do with it. I found just shiftin around like 3500 it shifts smooth. at low rpm sometimes i really have to try to get it into gear.

I'm feeling the same thing as well. Mostly when trying to quick shift into 3rd. I think it's a lot to do with timing and of course if you replace the above items (bushings, etc.) I'm sure it would help as well. I've had a few grinds going into 3rd as it wasn't all the way into gear.
