flashing CEL after 4th and 5th gear WOT

Totally different problems..but I've read partial throttle flutter is just the bov noise amplified by an aftermarket intake. Surge occurs at higher rpms and is the sound of air causing the turbine blades being forced to spin backwards.

only thing is this does not happen on partial throttle but WOT.
no such sound once i get to about 4.7K rpm though. Also it only happens on 4,5 gear. 3.7K-4.7K.

is it the 64mm fp red? mine did that too when I had it. if u have the time and money get their 80mm and u won't have surge. definitely a different issue than what I have lol but it's all good.

since I have no signs of a bad head gasket do u guys think my thermostat was messed up causing the ecu to see a higher coolant temp?

This question might be little off topic.
Anyone know why the first WOT run I always knock, and after that no knocks whatsoever. WTF? does this happen to anyone?
