Exedy twin install need help!!!

Hey guys I'm still stuck on this damn install and I'm really aggrevated right now. Here's the problem...

-Installed a Rebuild Kit
-Bought new Retainer Clip and TOB
-Bought a new floater plate (The big one)

Problem:
When I go to engage the fork it doesn't come out enough for the slave cylinder to touch it. I know the TOB is engaged to the retainer clip because everytime I take off the tranny I have to disengage the retainer clip from the TOB. WTH can be the problem, if anyone can help me out I'd appreciate it. I've pulled the tranny 3 times and no luck.

are you trying to say the slave rod doesn't push the clutch fork enough to move the tob?

Yea you can say that. It's like the fork isn't where it should be for the slave to contact it. It's roughly in the middle I'd say.

A few questions:

1) Are you sure all the clutch plates are installed in the correct way?

2) Is your slave cylinder broken?

3) Is your clutch line bled properly?

4) Did one of the spring(s) that hold the clutch fork get messed up?

5) Is the tranny lined up correctly? Did the tranny's splines line up correctly?
Are the bolts from the bell housing to the block tight?

Well I replaced the TOB and the fork moves fine, but I'll double check it. I stopped for today, so tomorrow I'll hop back on it.

Yea it'll snap back. Fork starts in the middle I push it to the driver's side and it goes back to the middle.

2) Is your slave cylinder broken?
No sir, it was working perfectly fine, just had to rebuild the clutch due to it slipping on the dyno.

3) Is your clutch line bled properly?
Yea I gravity bled it, didn't seem like I had enough pressure though because the fork wasn't close enough to the slave.

4) Did one of the spring(s) that hold the clutch fork get messed up?
No everything's fine.

5) Is the tranny lined up correctly? Did the tranny's splines line up correctly?

I only put two bolts on and made sure the dowels were in. Everything's lined up, I press the fork over to make sure the TOB is engaged, but the fork doesn't reach the slave enough to get a good grab.

Where should the fork be? Closer to the driver side or in the middle?
