check engine light?

i got the code read at autozone and this is what it says:

exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) flow insufficient

detected
.
.
.

probable cause

1. blocked EGR passage

2. faulty EGR valve

3. map sensor faulty

4. electrical condition on EGR circuit

i looked for the EGR hoses behind the intake mani but i didnt see anything, what could this be??

check your hoses, happen to me, just feel around on the right side of the intake mainfold for something that feels like the top of ur stock bov, and there should be hoses attatched, if not just slip in the hose that fell off, zip tie it, and ur good.

update!

i cleared the check engine light before i left for work today

i was driving to work and i went to go around someone but needed to boost hard and just as boost was hitting i hear a loud pop and the car jerked back with some lose of power but the check engine light never came back on so i was like f*** but the car drove fine so i kept driving to work and was going to check it when i got there, so when i got to work the car was idling a little ruff i started feeling behind the TB and found one hose that popped off so i plugged it in and the car started to idle much smoother but i dont know if that hose was already popped off when the check engine light came on yesterday or if it just pop off on the way to work but then if it just popped off today why did the check engine light come on yesterday??

the check engine light is still off and the car drives better but it has crazy laggggg my ix turbo feels like a old 35r

im going to iveytune this weekend im hoping they can help me out

any help would be great!

No, because vacuum tests are done with vacuum cleaners, while boost leaks are checked with pressurized air. And even then you're not certain. Some leaks can be tricky and turn around while you make the boost leak test to vacuum and when you try it with the vacuum cleaner they quickly switch to being boost leaks.

I think I'll just have to put this in my signature...
