car overheats under boost...
i do have ARP headstuds but do i really have to buy a whole nother set of them?i have only had them on for probably 5k miles....i must have torqued them wrong when i was doing the 1X1 method.
Doing the 1x1 method might be why your headgasket is blown.
I'd suggest, to see if the fan is actually operating, idle the engine and hang around the engine compartment until you see the fan on without AC.
i actually noticed that the fan doesnt turn on without the A/C on.....ill look at it again but i did notice that it doesn't go on when its idling....it must go on when im driving without the AC on or wouldnt my car overheat?
Well, drive it until warm then park and idle - the fan should kick on within a minute for two. If it doesn't, something is wrong with the fan.
