Just curious, How many miles were on your oil pump? How many times did you replace it with those miles?
Good luck, You went the best route IMO after reading the whole thread.

Oil pump was original. Upon rebuild, I bought a new one. I will check the old pump to see the clearance if it still within specs. Most likely it is. All of the bearings on teardown were still within specs too. Not much wear at all.

I guess it is true, change the oil and fill with gas, you'll never have a problem.

OEM, but I think the stress of the motor up top stopping tore the belt apart.

Anyway, whatever.

UPDATE: She runs and moves...

The only problem is that I have to change oil in 20 miles. I'm gonna leave her here at work overnight and double check her in the morning.

Good to see car is back running again.. atleast we know our motors can last 200k when taken care of which is good news to other DD drivers. Im just about to hit 90k and I thought I was up there in miles haha I still got a long way to go to break ur record LOL
