My evo has 48K miles and is completely stock except for an aftermarket filter. After it has warmed up or remianed idle for a while it will hessitate and miss at around 4k to 6k rpm range. If you drive it hard while not completely warmed up it will not hessitate.

This is not normal because usually it will hessitate when cold but this care is different. I bought this used and have just owned it for a couple of months.

Could it be the plugs? Do I go back to OEM plugs? What is the OEm plugs?
