how many quarts should I buy for transfer case and rear diff?

Hi im new to the forums, and I think it is time to change my transmission fluid, transfer case and rear differential fluid.

I purchased the royal purple synchro max for my transmission. I have been looking through the forum and I see that people recommend the Amsoil severe gear 75-90 GL5 for the transfer case and rear differential. but the quesiton is how many quarts do I buy for the transfer case and rear diff?

thanks a lot in advance!

NO! The trans gets a gl4 fluid, and the tcase and diff get a GL5 fluid. Even in the OEM diaqueen, they sell a trans fluid, and an LSD gear oil.

There are plenty of threads covering this. Should look it up first not that hard. Amsoil in transmission. OEM in transfer case and rear diff. Mobil 1 or amsoil in the engine.
