Abnormal Engine Load?

So I've been having a few strange problems with mm IX lately. One of which I made a post about a few months back and a few more recent one's which I have theorized as being all part of one greater problem. The first of which was my car was just shutting itself off randomly and I couldn't figure out why, no bogging down or anything, it would just cut out. Then I started having a problem making boost, but it doesn't feel like it's leaking or anything, it feels like a fuel cut, like I would have in 5th normally but it occurs in 3rd, 4th, and 5th now. I also noticed that when I hit the clutch and drop out of gear, the car's rpm drops to like 200 and sometimes when this happens it just hit 0 and turns off, this happens more when the A/C is on, or if I hit the clutch and start to turn my power steering cuts out. So I've pretty much come to the conclusion that there is something giving the rotating assembly for more stress than usual. Is there anything on the evo known to cause this problem often? I understand it could be a million things but just trying to see if I can narrow it down based on other's past problems.

It's either electrical or fuel. If you notice your lights dim before the power loss then it's the alternator. It could be a bad fuel pump also. No fuel no go.

Well hopefully it's just a fuel pump, if it were something that simple I'd be very happy.

My buddies was doing the same thing. He replaced his spark plugs, battery and alternator just before it threw a code for the Crank Position sensor. A weak signal would cause most of your problems.

Sorry for not following it up, logged the car and saw it was an engine load issue, MAF sensor went bad so I just went speed density and the problem is gone.
