is there a pressure guage in a stock evo?
A stock evo will run ~19psi of boost. How does it the car know that it has reach its max boost and time to bleed off excess pressure, w/o a build-in pressure gauge?

The ECU collects boost data for fuel cut if boost goes in excess of i believe 23 psi..

I believe it measures the fuel cut through the MAF becuase you can still hit fuel cut with the solinoid capped off.

There is a small MAP sensor on the intake manifold. On the top near the firewall. I havent figured out how to crack the code on it for the MAX-Q yet but were working on it
