Just wondering, my evo 8 mr has a turbo back exhaust and fuel pump, electronic boost controller and a apexi power intake with stock Maf pipe/sensor. I know the intake leans things out a bit but since I have the boost set to factory levels shouldn't the exhaust and fuel pump be compensating by creating a richer mixture? I know I need a tune, I'm getting one as soon as I get my cams installed.

With that high flow pump installed and stock boost levels, you are still running very rich. You're safe. Once you get your cams and tune, you will have a whole new car.
