Pedal/clutch vibrations

I hope one of you guys can help me. I just recently got my 60K service done. My car has 80K miles on it so I was a little late but I baby the car. I got it back and 2 days later I started leaking oil. It turned out to be the gasket on the oil pump cover. It was a PITA to replace. Had to remove all the belts and everything in the way to get to the gasket. Well got the car back and now the car drives horrible. The clutch pedal and the gas pedal vibrate at around 3K RPM. Also the shift knob and the whole stick vibrate every time I shift gears. Any ideas what this could be? I replaced my clutch with the exedy stage 1 about 6 months ago with 0 problems. Until now. Any help or advice would help. Thank you.

Replace that bolt and if the vibration is still there, then the balance shaft could be out of phase.
