Setting Tru-Boost Duty Cycle

When setting the duty cycle on an AEM Tru-Boost EBC, I assume this should be done while the car is under load (probably third gear), but I can niether confirm or deny these aligations. Could someone please shed some light on the subject?

Start with the duty cycle set as low as it will go, which I believe is 10%. Do a third gear pull to see how much boost you hit. Increase the duty cycle in small increments and keep doing pulls until you reach your desired boost pressure. There's a series of videos on youtube made by AEM that explains how to use the Tru-Boost. Just search YouTube for "AEM Tru Boost", if you need anymore help.
